Riley

An outcast survivor trying to stay one step ahead of The Unit task force, and doing everything he can to get to the North. After meeting Taylor at the Mad Mile Facility, the two survivors make a plan to head to the north together. On the way, Riley begins to show vulnerabilities, and looks to Taylor to help.

Taylor

​

Survives alongside Riley to get to the North. After discovering Riley's true self, Taylor stops asking questions and begins taking  action and plans throughout the story when Riley begins to struggle to stay strong.

Dr Edward Delta

​

The creator of the Delta chip which is implanted in all citizens, and is later used to monitor them.  When the fighting between the resistance and The Unit began, the Doctor had left the city for unknown reasons, seemingly never to return.

Isabel Delta

​

The wife of Edward Delta. Little is known about what happened to her after the attacks began. Some say she disappeared, others say she became a survivor herself.

A specialist task force deployed to keep the citizens in line along with capturing any outcasts.
